Wells Fargo Parking Garage

Tempe, AZ | NEZ/FCI procured this new parking structure through the Wells Fargo Diversity Program. This 311,053 SF parking garage for the Wells Fargo Operations Center in Tempe consists of 5 levels and 993 spaces for cars. There are an additional 117 spaces on site for a total of 1,110 total spaces. NEZ/FCI provided demolition and removal and/or relocation of several shade structures in additional to the construction of the new parking structure.
